Vocation Expo 2010 — Fundraising

Running Vocation Expo 2010 will need a co-ordinated effort from a large group of people. Some will plan, organise and manage budgets, others will arrange accommodation, catering, transport and cleaning, others still will produce and distribute advertising, brochures, banners and information for sponsors, exhibitors, schools and visitors. Then there are conference rooms and technical facilities to be arranged, never mind prizes to be awarded for the associated competition. Scores of other activities will need to be undertaken, before the Expo can start, never mind take place during it.

Naturally, even if much of the work is undertaken by volunteers, money will still be needed! A realistic budget has been set at £28,000. To date we have raised a total of £6,720.
